I received a 1oz bottle of this Undaria Algae Body Oil as a part of a gift set. I make my own body butters and oils, so admittedly I ignored this oil for a few months. After using the other products in the set (face wash/cream/serum) and finding the quality unmatched, I gave the oil a shot. Unfortunately, I lost half of the bottle to a mysterious leak on vaca, and came to the conclusion too late that the product is worth every drop. On the flip side, my bag smells great now!
About the results: I have had issues with the skin and hair on my legs ever since waxing for a short stint years ago. In-grown hairs, inflamed follicles, cork-screw like hairs, and dry red bumpy skin. Despite exfoliation and regular use of non-toxic moisturizers, I still have recurring issues. I used this body oil consecutively on my legs for a few days in a row, and saw an IMMEDIATE reduction in redness new ingrowns. To such a degree, that I am reevaluating my whole skin-care regimen. OSEA has my attention!

I can honestly say I used to look forward to putting this on my skin everyday. Upon the latest purchase of the body butter it did not have the signature scent to it--rather a cheap candy smell. I inquired of customer service to see if I got a bad batch, only to discover that they said they changed the formula and this is 'normal'. For this price??...No thanks! Was an absolute must-have in my routine...now I'll be finding another body butter.

I really like Osea's body butter. Because my skin has been so dry this winter, it took a couple weeks of consistent use to notice results. During the first week of use, I layered it with Osea's body balm. As of recently, I use the body butter every other day, and use the body balm on alternate days. The body butter absorbs quickly and the smell is very nice; smells like lemon, but not overpowering. My skin is finally soft. Osea's products are a tad expensive, but I think the cost is worth the soft skin.
